Manage Marketplace Listings Across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Update, sync, and manage your product listings across all three cloud marketplaces from Beacon's unified catalog — edit once, publish everywhere.
Beacon's unified catalog means you maintain one set of product data that publishes to all your connected marketplaces. When you update a listing in Beacon, the change syncs to AWS, Azure, and GCP automatically — eliminating the manual work of logging into three separate seller portals and keeping them consistent. Buyers on every marketplace always see the same accurate, up-to-date product information.

Updating a listing
Go to Listings in Beacon
From the Beacon dashboard, click Listings in the left navigation. You'll see your full product catalog with current status indicators for each marketplace.
Select the listing you want to update
Find the product you want to edit and click Edit. This opens the unified listing editor, which displays all managed fields in a single form.
Make your changes in the unified editor
Update any fields as needed — descriptions, media, pricing model, version, or category tags. All edits are made once in this central editor, not per-marketplace.
Review the marketplace preview
Before publishing, Beacon shows a preview of how your updated listing will render on each connected marketplace. Review these previews to confirm the changes look correct in each context.
Click 'Publish Update'
Click Publish Update to push your changes live. Beacon propagates the update to all connected marketplaces within minutes. You'll receive a notification when each marketplace confirms the sync.
Listing status
Each product listing in Beacon carries a status that reflects its current state across marketplaces:
- Draft — The listing exists in Beacon but has not yet been submitted to any marketplace. You can edit it freely before publishing.
- Under Review — The listing has been submitted to one or more marketplaces and is awaiting their approval. Edits are locked until review is complete.
- Live — The listing is active, published, and discoverable by buyers on all connected marketplaces.
- Paused — The listing has been temporarily hidden from buyers. It remains in your catalog and can be reactivated at any time without re-submitting for review.
Some marketplace-specific fields (like AWS Marketplace categories) are mapped automatically by Beacon based on your catalog data. If a field cannot be directly mapped to a marketplace's taxonomy, Beacon flags it for manual review before publishing. Check your notification panel for any flagged fields before clicking Publish Update.
