Track Deals and Revenue Across Cloud Marketplaces in Beacon

Monitor your deal pipeline, track private offer status, and measure revenue attribution across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud from a single Beacon dashboard.

Beacon gives you a single pipeline view across all three cloud marketplaces. Whether a deal is a standard listing purchase or a complex multi-year FPO, you can track every stage from first buyer contact through closed revenue.

Deal pipeline view

Access your full deal pipeline from Beacon > Deal Tracking. All active deals are displayed as cards organized by stage, so you can see pipeline health at a glance without toggling between marketplace portals.

Each deal card displays:

  • Buyer account — company name and key contact
  • Marketplace — AWS, Azure, or GCP icon indicating which cloud the deal is routing through
  • Deal value — total contract value of the offer
  • Current stage — where the deal sits in the pipeline
  • Days in stage — how long the deal has been at the current stage, so you can spot stalled deals quickly
  • Propensity-to-buy score — the buyer's current intent score, updated daily

Use the filter bar to narrow the view by marketplace, deal stage, time period, or sales rep. This makes it easy for RevOps, sales managers, and individual reps to work from the same data with their own scoped view.

Deal stages

Every deal in Beacon moves through a defined set of stages. The table below describes each stage and the recommended next action to keep the deal progressing.

Revenue attribution

Once a deal closes, Beacon automatically attributes revenue across multiple dimensions so you have the data you need for reporting and RevOps alignment:

  • Marketplace — which hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP) processed the transaction
  • Product — which of your listings the deal was tied to
  • Deal type — standard listing purchase, FPO (Flywl Private Offer), or CPPO (Channel Partner Private Offer)
  • Sales rep — which team member owns the deal

Cross-cloud attribution rolls up revenue across all three marketplaces into a single number, with a side-by-side breakdown by hyperscaler. This is particularly useful for CROs and RevOps teams who need to report total marketplace revenue alongside a per-cloud breakdown.

You can export revenue reports as CSV or share them directly with your RevOps team from within Beacon — no data exports to separate BI tools required for standard reporting.

Renewal tracking

Beacon automatically tracks the renewal date for every closed deal, so your team never loses a renewal opportunity to a missed date.

As a deal approaches its renewal date, Beacon creates a deal card in the Discovery stage to prompt re-engagement before the window closes. These renewal deal cards surface:

  • The original deal terms — contract value, duration, and marketplace
  • The buyer's current commit balance — how much EDP or MACC budget they have available going into the renewal
  • A recommended renewal structure — suggested terms based on the buyer's current commit position and usage trajectory

Renewal windows are one of the highest-leverage moments in the marketplace sales motion. Use them to propose expanded terms, upgraded tiers, or FPO incentives that help the buyer maximize their remaining commit while increasing your contract value.

Deal tracking in Beacon shows your activity across all marketplaces in one view. For a buyer-side view of the same transaction, they see it in Compass.
