The Compass dashboard gives you instant visibility into your entire cloud software ecosystem. When you log in as a buyer, you see your commitment balances, active procurement requests, software inventory, and savings opportunities — all in one place.

Dashboard sections

Commitment overview

Displays your EDP (AWS) and MACC (Azure) balances — total committed, amount drawn down to date, remaining balance, and projected end date. Color-coded to flag at-risk balances (e.g., less than 20% remaining).

Software inventory

Your current software catalog across all three marketplaces, showing vendor, product name, contract value, renewal date, and current marketplace channel.

Procurement queue

Active purchase requests sorted by status — Pending Approval, In Review, Approved, and Completed.

Savings opportunities

AI-identified recommendations showing which current out-of-pocket software purchases could be routed through your marketplace commitments for additional savings.

Recent transactions

A feed of recently completed marketplace purchases with drawdown amounts and Flywl Credits earned.
